A featured artist with Artaic, Susan’s images (paintings and photographs) are ideal for wall and floor tile mosaics. Created in a variety of materials and dimensions, they are customizable to suit clients’ specific needs. They are also environmentally friendly and suitable for both indoor and outdoor application. After choosing a rendering of Susan’s that you like, the rest is easy! Susan’s mosaic collection includes animals, food, abstraction, and flowers. The first three subject matter evolve from the artist’s paintings and drawings. Her florals are mostly based on her photography. Examples of all are included below. These are shown in 3/8” vitreous glass and have a five foot width. However, there are many other possibilities. Inquiries welcome at artwork@docsusan.com.
Inspiration for Susan’s Mosaic Imagery
Susan takes inspiration for her imagery from near and far. From the jungles of Africa to the gardens of Liverpool, she finds wonder in all that she sees, giving it her own special touch.

Materials
Individual Artaic tiles are 3/8” and 1/2” and come in a variety of materials: vitreous glass, sintered glass, polished marble, tumbled marble, and unglazed porcelain. Susan’s work shows best in 3/8” vitreous glass, a material that shows her expansive color range to advantage. This product can also be back-lit.
